​​CHAMBOURCIN "RESERVE" - $24 each

A DRY red wine with hints of dark berries and vanilla. Medium bodied with a smooth finish. This is a cellar RESERVE. Best served with Italian cuisine, fish, beef, veal, pork, lamb, hard and soft ripened cheeses. 


LEON MILLOT - $22 each

A DRY, richly colored wine whose character was finessed by a barrel-aging in Pennsylvania white oak. Medium bodied with a smooth finish.
Best served with pasta, red meats, seasoned dishes and spicy foods.


CHAMBOURCIN - $19 each

FARMHOUSE RED - $19 each

A barrel aged DRY wine with a deep burgundy color and aroma of oak and plum. Robust peppery flavors complimenting it's medium body mouth feel and smooth, long finish.

Best served with Italian cuisine, fish, beef, veal, pork, lamb, spicy foods, hard and soft ripened cheeses.


COLONIAL RED - $19 each
A fragrant fruity nose is complemented with delightful aromas of chocolate, toasted almonds and spice. Barrel-aged SEMI-SWEET wine, medium bodied with a velvety finish.  

Best served with grilled meats, chicken, nuts, dried fruits and dark chocolate.

RED DAWG ROUGE - $17 each

​A SWEET wine with fresh berry aromas. Medium bodied with hints of dark cherries and a smooth finish. 

​Best served with grilled foods, pasta with red sauce, and pizza.


​VERY BERRY GOOD - $20 each

A SWEET wine with aromas of raspberries, pomegranates, and plums. The crimson confection has robust full bodied flavors of berries, fruits, & jams and a smooth lingering finishes. 
Best served with barbeque, smoked or marinated meats, grilled vegetables, Blue, Stilton or cheddar cheese, as well as desserts. 






Whites


VIDAL BLANC - $19 each

This DRY wine has a light, citrus aroma and taste accented by barrel-aging. Undergoing secondary maloactic fermentation has produced a medium body, buttery texture and crisp finish. 

Best served with Asian cuisine, pasta, fish, chicken, fruit and soft cheeses.


NAKED BLANC - $19 each
The citrus aroma of lemons and tangerines invites you to enjoy this OFF-DRY medium bodied white wine. The flavor of green apples dances on your taste buds and tingles to a long finish.
Best served with chicken, seafood, pasta, salad, delicate cheeses or by itself.


SEYVAL - $17 each

This OFF-DRY wine has citrus and pear aromas. Full bodied with crisp acidity and a well-rounded palate.

Best served with Asian cuisine, spicy foods, pasta, seafood, pork, chicken, turkey, veal, fruit and soft cheeses.


OLDE WORLD - $19 each

​Aromas of citrus fruits entice one to this lively OFF-DRY wine. Full bodied with citrus flavors and a crisp finish. 

Best served with pasta with white sauce, pork, poultry, veal, ham, spicy foods, seafood, fruits and cheeses.


COLONIAL WHITE - $15 each

The fruity aroma of apples and pineapples coax one to find out more. SEMI-SWEET wine with a full body, bright fruits and a smooth buttery finish. 

Best served with: appetizers, ham, lamb, poultry, seafood, desserts, and mild cheeses. 


TRAMINETTE - $17 each
Aromas of tropical fruits entice one to this lively SWEET wine. Medium bodied with citrus flavors and a crisp finish.

THISTLEBERRY- $15 each

This SWEET wine begins with the fragrant scent of fresh raspberries. It has a full body bursting with raspberry flavor and sweetness. It ends with a refreshing finish. 

Best served with fresh fruit, cake, chocolate or cream desserts, nuts and soft cheeses.


VIGNOLES - $17 each

Intense fruity aromas welcome you to this SWEET wine. Creamy and full-bodied with flavors of pineapples, grapes and bananas. This foxy wine has a clean edge to the finish and leaves the palate satisfied.

Best served with mild meats, salads, fruits, light snacks, and cheeses or desserts.
